We’re recruiting for a Sales Advisor to join our team!
This role will involve providing full customer support to both UK and international customers. The primary duties of this role will include:
– Answering incoming sales calls
– Taking and processing orders
– Liaising with couriers to track orders and resolve any issues
– Handling warranty returns
– Dealing with part application and pricing enquiries
– Use of Microsoft Excel
– All aspects of customer service
Working as part of a close-knit team, this is a fast-paced role which requires good communication skills (both verbal and written), high attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. Whilst experience is not essential, some prior call centre or sales order processing experience would be beneficial for this role.
This is a full-time position, working 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday. Hours of work are to be confirmed but some flexibility would be required to suit the needs of the business during busy periods.Back
