BM Catalysts Simplifies Selecting the Right Fitting Kit
BM Catalysts has announced its 2018 Summer online catalogue has been updated to display imagery of its fitting kit range. The enhancement means that for the first time, customers will be able to see the contents of over 5,000 references available to them.
BM Catalysts provides up to three levels of fitting kits for most of its Cat, DPF and Pipe references, and is the only manufacturer to tailor make them to the requirements of individual customers. They are a recommended add-on to accompany all parts as they ensure a better fit and performance which in turn reduces the potential for warranty claims.
Meeting the requirements of customers who want everything from a basic kit to replace gaskets, to a complete set of new components including rubber mountings and specialist bolts, BM Catalysts believes it is way ahead of aftermarket competitors in the service stakes, as commercial director, Mark Blinston, confirms: “It may seem like a small improvement, but including fitting kit images in our catalogue will make ordering the right part much easier. Furthermore, it now becomes easier for our distributors to upsell the different levels of kits as they can quickly explain to their customers exactly what is included in each option.
