UK manufacturer of catalytic converters, DPFs and front pipes, BM Catalysts, has kickstarted the year with the opening of an additional UK production plant, as part of the company’s ongoing investment to meet customer demand.
The purposely developed facility, based in Stoke, will enable BM Catalysts to increase its manufacturing capacity, highlighting the company’s ethos for continual investment in its supply of products to UK and European markets.
The company currently exports to more than 35 countries worldwide, with the new 10,000 sq. ft. site further supporting its growing footprint.
Commercial Director at BM Catalysts, Mark Blinston, said: “The automotive aftermarket is placing significant demand on BM products and as this trend is expected to continue, our new site will enable us to futureproof the business and allow us to maintain our industry-leading reputation for availability.
“We now have three manufacturing plants based in the UK, plus additional warehousing, which enable us to further support customers and get our products to market as efficiently as possible.”
BM Catalysts’ manufacturing and warehouse facilities allow the company to maintain stock levels of up to 60,000 parts, covering 90 percent of the European car parc, while also developing up to 300 new to range parts each year.Back
